This Chotki is made with both matte and polished finish Redline Marble beads and is set in silver toned metal.
Chotki, sometimes also known as Komboskini, are used in Eastern Orthodox Christianity.
Most Komboskini are made with wool and are knotted.
These Chotki are a more modern variation and are hand wired like rosaries.
This set is hand-wired using eye pins and my trusty little looper tool.
This is not store-bought rosary chain.
This Chotki has 3 sets of 11 beads separated by 3 larger beads.
The smaller beads are 8mm matte finish Redline Marble.
The large beads are 10mm polished Redline Marble beads.
The cross is a silver-toned, well-made, detailed crucifix.
This set of prayer beads measures 13 inches long from the center top of the Chotki to the bottom of the crucifix.
All findings and crucifixes are plated base metal unless specified otherwise and are nickel, lead, and arsenic free.
If you would prefer a plain cross instead of a crucifix, please let me know and I will swap it out for you.
Custom orders are welcome.
Silver, gold, copper, brass, or gunmetal toned metal can be used.
Stainless steel findings are also now available.
Many more bead and glass pearl choices are available.
Gemstones and Sterling Silver findings and crucifixes are also an option but will require longer to ship.
This Chotki will come with a complimentary organza bag for safe storage.
More info on the Eastern Orthodox Christianity, including Greek and Russian Orthodox, will be added at a later date.
Information on how to pray using the beads will also be added.
