I have finally finished making the captured pearl bracelets!
These are really pretty and are sure to start a conversation.

These are called captured bead, captive bead, caged pearl, etc. I've seen them called several different things.

They are also called chain maille, chain mail, or chain maille bracelets. Chain maille is the art of interconnecting rings to make armor or jewelry.

These bracelets are made with lightweight, but sturdy, bright aluminum jump rings. Each jump ring is opened and closed by hand, and a colorful glass pearl or other bead is trapped in each "cage". They look like they are floating in midair.

These bracelets are made for my wrist, which is about 7 1/2 inches. I can shorten or lengthen the bracelet you choose to any length, within reason. Please measure your wrist and let me know the length you'd prefer.

I have finished most of these bracelets with a large-sized lobster claw clasp. A few do have toggle style clasps.
The finished length of the bracelet does include the clasp.

Please note that these bracelets are made with beads, so they do have holes in them. On most bracelets, the holes are not that visible. On some, they are. The beads will turn in the little cage if you don't like the holes to show.
