Baha'i prayer beads, 19 and 5 prayer beads, bronze tone, gold and beige glass pearls, handmade chain tassel, hand-wired, nautical charm

These golden yellow and beige Baha'i prayer beads are pretty. They're done with a nautical charm and a handmade chain tassel.

These Baha'i 19 and 5 style prayer beads are in done bronze toned metal.

All findings and charms in this set of prayer beads are bronze toned metal.

The beads are hand-wired on eye pins using my trusty little looper tool.

The 19 smaller beads are 10mm golden yellow glass pearls. They're sort of a wheat color.

The large counter beads are 12mm glass pearls in sort of a cappuccino beige.

This set of prayer beads measures about 19 inches long from the top of the filigree connector to the bottom of the tassel.

The 5 bead end has a bronze toned metal ship's wheel charm.

The 19 bead end has a handmade chain tassel in bronze toned metal chain.

Please note that this is mostly antiqued bronze. Some of the eye pins on which the pearls are beaded have a slight patina.

All prayer beads will come in a small organza bag for safe storage.

The Baha'i faith was founded in the mid-1800's by a Persian holy man named Baha'u'llah. Persons of Baha'i faith recite Allah-u-Abha, a form of God's name, 95 times a day. Baha'i prayer beads consist of some factor of 95. The 19 beads, when counted 5 times, makes 95. The smaller 19 beads count the recitation of God's name and the larger 5 beads keep track of the number of repetitions of the 19.
The spacer beads are decorative and are not counted.
