These blue Hematite Coptic prayer beads are among the very first Coptic ones I have made.
These 64 bead prayer beads feature a large Coptic cross and can be used as Coptic Egyptian or Coptic Ethiopian Mequterie.
These beautiful prayer beads are made with 64 8mm blue electroplated Hematite beads.
There are 64 main beads.
These beads are hand wired onto stainless steel eye pins and connected like rosary beads.
Hanging from the head bead is a large detailed metal Coptic style cross.
Please note...the cross is roughly cast. It has a gorgeous design and is very heavy.
I have painted the cross with Vintaj patina paint especially made for metals. I used rose gold patina for this set of beads.
This cross is 80x50mm.
25.4mm is about 1 inch.
These prayer beads are 21 3/4 inches long from the top center of the beads to the bottom of the cross.
